A person or group interested in renting or reserving a Philipsburg-Osceola School District facility can begin the process by utilizing this online reservation system.

If you are not a POASD staff member and this is the first time you are renting a Philipsburg-Osceola School District facility, you must create a public user account using the link under "New To Our System?" in the right column of this page.

When your account is approved by the POASD Facilities Services Department, you will be notified via the email address provided in your account, and you can begin the rental process using the Public User Login Page.

Anyone using the facilities on Saturday or Sunday will need to complete the facility use checklist prior to using, and before vacating the building.

If the facilities are not in adequate condition, you will receive a warning. If there is a need for a second warning, you will begin being charged for custodian use for every use of the facility following the second warning.
